Assets are the foundation of most work in Limble, so adding them should be one of your first setup steps.
When building your asset library, you’ll want to add your assets, create custom fields, and organize your assets into an asset hierarchy.
Create an asset
Go to the Assets page.
Click Create asset.
Enter the asset name and click Create asset.
In the new asset card, fill out additional information and add custom fields.
If you want to add a child asset and already have your asset library organized into a hierarchy, you can add it as a child asset directly.
Next to the parent asset, click the three-dot icon > Add child asset.
Fill out the asset card
Once an asset is created, you can fill out and use the asset card, which gives you quick access to an asset’s details, work history, associated parts, vendors, and reporting.
Sections in the asset card
Info: asset name, photo, and custom fields,
PMs: preventive maintenance tasks linked to the asset
WOs: open and completed work orders associated with the asset
Parts: parts associated with the asset
Settings: site, hours of operation, asset start date, and work requests associated with the asset
