Once you create a work order template, you can copy, start a task from, delete it, or set it as the default from the actions menu.
Managing a work order template
Go to the Templates page > Work orders tab.
At the far right of the template row, click the three-dot icon.
Choose an action:
Click Start task from template to start an individual task instance from the template.
Click Copy template to duplicate the template.
Click Delete WO template to remove the template.
More functionality is coming to Limble's new desktop for managing templates.
For now, return to Limble legacy for other functionality, such as managing your work order templates in bulk.
Setting a default work order template
You can also choose to create a default work order template, which means every new work order created will use this template, unless another template is selected.
At the far right of the template row, click the three-dot icon.
Select Set as default WO template.
Click Set as default WO template to confirm.
A Default template label will be added next to the template's name on the table to identify it.
Every new work order will use the default template until you set a different one.
