Standardize recurring work with reusable templates

Templates let you standardize work, so your team doesn't rebuild the same tasks each time. Limble has three template types.

Template types

  1. Preventive maintenance (PM) templates: for recurring scheduled maintenance.

  2. Work order (WO) templates: for one-time or unplanned work.

  3. Instruction set templates: reusable step lists you attach to any task or template.

How template types relate

Instruction sets are the building blocks. You add them to work order templates and PM templates so steps stay consistent across your work.
